OBX day trip

Going to dinner after a fun day.



Sophia loves the sand and the sea. She could play all day in the water. When she gets cold she comes up and plays with her toys in the sand and warms up in the sun


At the beach! It was really windy, but so beautiful. The water was much warmer than where we usually go to the beach because of the currents.


Brett loved it for about 2 minutes, but the wind was a little much for him trying to breathe

Coast Guard Day. We went to the cookout and then down to the beach to cool off.


Rainbow after the torrential rain shower at the Edenton Steamers game. The rain timed perfectly after the national anthem, the CG helo fly over for CG day, and half of the first inning where the other team scored a homerun!

Sophia loves the new pool, we've been in it almost every day since we got it. The summer has finally brought some heat!

Sophia is showing Brett the Boppy seat. He's not quite strong enough yet to sit up in it. Give it a few more weeks!

Happy Father's Day!

We went to the Farmer's Market downtown to watch a cooking throwdown! We had fun but it was hot so we didn't stay to see who won.

Happy Father's Day Daddy! Daddy feeds Brett his first bottle and he takes it like a champ! Hooray!!

Brett's getting ready for his bath! He loves him bath. His umbilical cord stump came off at about 3 weeks.

OBX and more

Sophia got to sit on the lifeguard's 4 wheeler. Daddy really wanted to take it for a ride!

We went to Kitty hawk to spend the day on the beach. The sun was beautiful but it still was a little chilly with a cool breeze, so as soon as she came out of the water, she was freezing!

Brett's first day at the beach! In his tent, under the umbrella. There's no way he was getting sun burned!
